Article 1: General

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Social Brand Creatives.

Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Article 1a: Age limit

Age restrictions apply: Social Brand Creatives does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.

Any subscriber who does not meet these criteria will be deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be reimbursed immediately and a return of the product(s) concerned will be required.

Article 2: ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Website, placing an order, or downloading any digital Product, you:

  1. Acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms;

  2. Represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction); and

  3. Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website or purchase any Products or Services.

We may modify or update these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective when posted on this page and indicated by the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Website or purchase of Products after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Article 3: Price

The prices are indicated in dollars, excluding the shipping and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.

Article 4: PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Social Brand Creatives offers digital Products and Services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Canva-based templates and design assets;

  • Digital courses, workshops, or trainings;

  • Ebooks, guides, and PDFs;

  • Memberships, bundles, and other digital content.

Product descriptions are provided on the relevant sales page. While we strive to be accurate, we do not warrant that descriptions, previews, or examples are error-free, completely current, or will produce specific results in your business.

All Products are intended for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific financial, business, or performance outcome from using our Products or Services.

Article 5: ORDER PROCESS & CONTRACT FORMATION

When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Products or Services under these Terms.

  • We are not obligated to accept your order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized use of payment methods, or errors in pricing or product information.

Your order is accepted and a binding contract is formed when:

  1. Your payment is successfully processed; and

  2. You receive a confirmation email and/or access to the Product (such as a download link or login to a course portal).

    If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you and, if payment was collected, issue a refund for the amount paid for the unavailable item.

Article 6: PRICING & PAYMENT

6.1 Pricing

All prices for Products and Services are displayed on the Website and are subject to change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at checkout at the time you complete the purchase.

Prices do not necessarily include taxes, payment processing fees, or other charges that may apply based on your location or payment method. Any such additional charges will be shown at checkout where possible.

We reserve the right to correct any typographical, pricing, or other errors and to cancel any orders arising from such errors.

6.2 Payment

Payment must be made in full (or according to the agreed payment plan) at the time of purchase, using one of the payment methods we accept (such as Stripe or PayPal, as available). You represent and warrant that:

  • The payment information you provide is true, accurate, and complete;

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided; and

  • You will promptly update your payment details if they change.

If payment is declined or reversed, we may suspend or revoke access to any Products or Services until full payment is received.

Article 7: DIGITAL DELIVERY & ACCESS

Most Products are delivered digitally, for example via:

  • Instant download links;

  • Course or membership portal login;

  • Access instructions sent to your email address.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for checking your spam or promotions folder. If you do not receive access within a reasonable period after purchase, it is your responsibility to contact us at sara@socialbrandcreatives.com

We are not responsible for technical issues on your side (e.g., incompatible devices, poor internet connection, email blocking, or outdated software).

Article 8: REFUNDS, RETURNS & ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the digital and intangible nature of our Products, and because access cannot be “returned,” all sales are final.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a particular sales page:

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital Products, courses, templates, guides, memberships, or any other downloadable or online content.

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you immediately receive access to digital content and waive any right to a cooling-off or withdrawal period, to the extent permitted by law.

If we choose, in our sole discretion and as an exception, to offer a refund or partial refund in a specific case:

  • This will not obligate us to provide refunds in similar future cases; and

  • We may request written confirmation that you will stop using and delete all copies of the Product.

If a Product includes a clearly stated guarantee or refund policy on its sales page, that specific policy will apply instead of the general “all sales final” rule for that Product.
